My husband like the place because is close to work and close to supermarket, mall etc...
Good place. Not a lot of amenities. Turnover is high. Most places look medium to medium low class housing.
Washateria area is a non smoking yet the lady in the front office smokes up the entire place and don't respect the bosses own rules they shut off the water without even notifying anyone the park floods alot with rain and you might have problems with alot of people reason being that they are very racist
I wish the owner take care of maintaining this place.
We have been here a couple months while my husband works in town. This RV park is great. It is safe, and everyone is friendly. The lots are very spacious. The cable comes with plenty of channels. Some lots do tend to fill up with water when it rains, but it really is nothing serious.
EDIT: Stayed here through Harvey. Yes it flooded a bit. But not near as bad as everywhere else. Water DID NOT enter our trailers or vehicles. Also the water drained here faster than everywhere else. We had friends in other RV parks who lost everything. New Lloyd's is the best. Also idk what that lady is talking about with "racism". There are all different races here, and none of us have had any issues.
Well, I talked to the manager for some issues as trim a tree because a storm was coming, she said the owner don't do it, I ask if they have some tools my husband could do it and if we do got some Rent discount, she said the owner don't care about it, they don't even help with air conditioning in her office in this warm weather time.
Quite and easy going place.
