Great place to have a gathering/party for the younglings. The water pad is really close, so there are a lot of options for play. We like to drive by the water and watch the ships pass by.
I went to this park as a kid and now I take my kiddos. They enjoy it alot. There are a few picnic tables around the main structure and restrooms across the park...just a few steps away. Next door there's a nice splash pad to cool off at too. The park is connected to an even larger open park and the Neches River.
Everything is starting to fall apart.. Big Kids that go there very disrespectful when you have little kids wanting to play.. The big kids climb all over the tops of the playground teaching younger kids stuff they dont need to learn..
Such a great place to go with my 3 year old. He never has a bad time here. There is a side for younger kids and older kids. This park is beautiful and seems to be well thought out.
Nice people to meet a happening place always busy people coming and going fishing also boats in and out
